* Process of motive design creation with DK-5000
1. Input designs with software
2. Setting plastic panel or hard board paper on XY table.
3. Sending signals to 'control unit'
4. Carving designs, that is done on computer, on plastic or paper board
with engraving knife which moves on XY table.
5. Filling the hole, that's created by carving process, with rhinestones or
rhinestuds by manual
6. Put adhesive tape on rhinestones or rhinestuds and take it off after
1 time of pressing to make materials to stick to the tape.
7. Attach a paper at the sticky side of the above adhesive tape.
- QUEST 1824 performs the process of #1~4 among the above whole
process.
