FEATURES
1. Suitable for fixing various sizes of eyelets on fabric, artificial leather,
leather, etc.
2. Serves users with fast operation speed : 80~90pcs/min.
3. Equipped with laser light which indicate exact fixing point.
4. Adopted a 'digital indicator' which shows the numbers of operation.
5. Adopted 'air clearing syste' which blows off scraps of fabrics
positioning below bottom mould. In result, the operator doesn' t need to
spend extra time to clear up the fabric scraps after fixing eyelets.
6. Enables users to get rid of stuck eyelets inside the bottom rail by pulling
downwards the 'manual push stick' and this function will improve
productivity as it can save time to clear up the stuck eyelets.
7. Also adopted 'air pushing system' which makes the automatic feeding
process of eyelets(upper part & bottom part) more efficient to set on
exact point.
8. Applicable to almost all kinds of fabrics & garment, such as polyester,
cotton, denim, jeans, knit-wear, leather wear, etc., with its strong &
accurate cutter on bottom mould.
9. Available eyelet size (internal diameter): 3mm(#1), 4mm(#2) & 5mm(#3)
- Users need to be equipped with each set for each size to fix all the
above 3 sizes. Or need to be equipped with the machine for #1(3mm) &
#2, #3 (4mm, 5mm).
- The other sizes are also available upon customer? request.
